06.23.2004: The Nova Fitness Federation is holding its first show of the year in lovely St. Pete Beach, Florida. It is involves two rounds: a Physique Round and an expanded Fitness Skills Round. Look out for event photos to be posted soon.

06.22.2004: There's a new magazine on the block: Florida Fitness Magazine. It's target marget is mainly Floridians and everyday fitness. I'm happy to state that I'll be writing for the this monthly magazine and Gordon will be providing photography. Watch out for Issue No. 3 coming out soon.
06.20.2005: On June 24, 2004, I along with other fit chicks will be volutneering at the Sky Walker Flight School Celebrity Golf Tournament. Vida Garcia was kind enough to rally around all the volunteers and providing the details. As volunteers we will be assisting the celebrities as caddies (I think). Anyhow, if I get any photos, I'll post them.
06.20.2004: Check the new format of Steele Jungle Magazine. Max marks celebrating 12 years of publication, by revamping his mag and loading it to the max, including various items supplied by us. The Arnold coverage, Fitness America Sobe competition coverage, Kim Koelbel & Heather Sych's profiles.

06.10.2004: Well, it has been an exhausting but exciting couple of weeks travelling to both FAME Canada and Miami. Gordon is becoming quite the popular photographer. AND more images will appear in an upcoming issue of Pure Energy Magazine.
05.27.2004: Tomorrow I am bound for Toronto to attend FAME Canada. I'm not planning to compete in anything major -- I will, however, give the Hard Wear Athletics Speed Skipping Challenge a go. Here's the ad: If you can skip fast, try out this 60 second skipping challenge where you can win $100 worth of Hard Wear Athletics clothing! The skipper with the most skips wins! Since last year's best number was 132 and since I can generally skip 160'ish (when my pony tail isn't getting caught in the rope) -- I'm hoping to crush my competition -- but I don't want to jinx myself. I'll let you know how I fair.
I may try the Ultimate Obstacle Course too -- but to be honest, I've not been training, so if I do compete, I doubt I will produce a competitive time.

05.19.2004: A couple of days after co-promoting her first fitness show -- The Fitness Success Challenge -- Patti Franklin jet setted to California to film a commercial for "The
Top Ten Trainer" a piece of home circuit training equipment. How'd she land this gig? Good question. The company contacted Patti after seeing her in Oxygen's Total Package section.

Washington DC Female Promoter Wanda Bruce (Women in Support Together - W.I.S.T Promotions, Inc.) has been busy setting up the first UBA Title Fight in Washington, D.C. featuring an ALL female boxing lineup to be held May 30, 2004 at the DC Tunnel Event Center, 2135 Queens Chapel Road, Washington DC.
The main event will be Trish Hill (Atlanta) and Melissa Del Valle (Florida). It should be an exciting fight.
