OK, I KNOW I'VE NEGLECTED TO ADD TO MY DIARY FOR A COUPLE OF WEEKS. NOPE, I'VE NOT GIVEN UP -- JUST GOT BOGGED DOWN WITH OTHER THINGS. I'LL TRY AND GET IT UPDATED AND BACKTRACK A BIT. I DID GET MY BODYFAT TAKEN TODAY AT MC COMMUNITY COLLEGE AND IT HAD DROPPED 2.5 % - STILL SLOW GOING BUT AT LEAST IT IS STARTING TO BUDGE, PLUS THAT DIMPLE IN MY BUTT IS DECREASING!!



Week 6 (April 12 -18 -- 13 weeks out)

Sunday: 33 mins Elliptical (inclines 9, 12, 13 &15)

Diet: A.M. & P.M. Vitamins
From Tastee Diner: Eggbeater Salsa omelette, grits, 3 slices of turkey bacon.
2 16 oz Starbucks w, cream
Protein w, fresh strawberries shake

Saturday:
40 mins Elliptical (inclines 9, 12 &13 )
A.M. & P.M. Vitamins

Friday: 45 mins Elliptical (inclines 9, 12 &13 ) Outdoor walk with dogs
A.M. & P.M. Vitamins

Thursday: 30 mins Elliptical, 1 hour circuit/interval training (60 secs on 20 secs rest),
